Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

Fees start from as little as £120 + VAT which include:

• an on site full energy survey
• information gathering and research necessary
• data entry into the government database (SBEM)
• an electronic copy of the certificate and a Recommendation Report
• full support and advice is provided for the validity of the EPC (10 years)

Government lodgement fees are additional at £30 + VAT per EPC required.

Providing floor plans is an excellent way of keeping costs as low as possible. For buildings of a certain size, our quotes provide fees with and without floor plans.

Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

Single instruction EPCs cost as little as £65 + VAT which include:

• On site energy survey
• government lodgement fees
• information gathering and research necessary
• data entry into the government database (SBEM)
• an electronic copy of the certificate and a Recommendation Report
• full support and advice is provided for the validity of the EPC (3 years)
