ratingGREEN only use Energy Assessors which are fully insured, criminal record checked, and accredited via a government approved accreditation scheme to produce EPC’s, which are lodged via the Landmark Register in accordance with legislation and ensuring incredibly high standards and consistency in producing EPC’s. From 1 October 2008, all residential and commercial buildings will require an EPC on sale or rent (and modification in some cases) including new builds in accordance with the Energy Performance of Building Directive 2002 (EPBD). For more information on these requirements, click here.
